Cudas Suffer First Loss

On Saturday the Cudas lost in a very close meet to the Bridgestone Dolphins.  The margin was only 11 points.   The Cudas swim hard but by my account (results not posted at this time), the Cudas didn't score their first points until event 4.  After that slow start the Cudas battled back during the individual events.   Late in the meet the Cudas were slightly ahead of the Dolphins.  But it was the final freestyle relays where the Dolphins edged out the Cudas.   We congratulate the Dolphins on their hard fought victory.  The Cudas will meet the Dolphins at Divisionals where the relay scoring is not a winner take all format.   This should prove to be another very close meet!

The Cudas go on the road again this week to swim against the Lexington Wood Water Rascals.
